Beim großen Finale beim MVD-Turnier tanzten alle zum legendären 70-er-Disco-Kracher der Village People:
After the grand final of the MVD tournament, everybody was dancing to the Village People’s legendary hit of the 70’s:

Die Dolls ließen wieder einmal die Puppen tanzen und luden traditionell ein zu ihrem beliebten Wintervolleyballturnier in Mannheim-Rheinau.
The Dolls were cheeringly playful and invited to their popular volleyball tournament this winter in Mannheim-Rheinau.
14 Teams kämpften um die Medaillen. 14 Teams waren exzellent versorgt durch Manfried & Roberts Catering-Truppe.
14 teams competed for the medals, 14 teams were properly fed and taken car of thanks to Manfried & Robert’s catering squad.
Dabei starteten gleich 5 (!) Teams unserer schwäbischen Freunde aus Stuttgart. Kein Wunder, dass diese auch jede Menge Medaillen einheimsten.
Our Swabian friends from Stuttgart were represented by 5 (!) teams. No wonder that they brought a whole lot of medals back home.
Die Sieger in den Levels C und B+/- kamen aus der Landeshauptstadt.
The winners in both groups (C and B+/-) were from the state capital.
Besonders erfreulich für die Dolls: Bronze in C für die Quadrateblocker!
A particularly pleasing result for the Dolls: the Quadrateblocker team won a bronze medal in the C group!
Alle Teams hatten gleich viele Spiele, was den besonders beliebten Turniermodus der Mannheimer ausmacht.
Each team had the same number of matches, which is why the tournament mode of the Mannheimers‘ is so special.
Umrahmt von Conchita & Agnethas Show gaben sportliche Volleyballer alles, um sich schließlich feiern zu lassen auf dem Treppchen oder mit einer Rose, die jedem Mitspieler überreicht wurde von den „MVD-Village-People“.
The sporty volleyball competitors, gently accompanied by Conchita & Agnetha’s show, gave one’s eye teeth for the victory and then celebrated together, either on the winner’s podium or with a rose given by the ‚MVD Village People“.
Die Volleyballer des MVD blicken teamstark in das kommende Volleyballjahr! Danke an alle, die tatkräftig die Abteilung unterstützen!
